Conveniently located in central Brittany, in a green and peaceful setting between forest and river, our estate ‘le Moulin de la Touche’ comprises 3 gîtes set in 2 hectares of land along the river Lié.
With its games room, swimming pool and football pitch, there are plenty of activities available on site. Thanks to its central location in Brittany, many excursions are possible to visit and discover central, northern or southern Brittany!
The 3 buildings can accommodate a maximum of 40 people. Here's how the rooms are listed :
> 11 rooms with double beds (including 1 with 1 single bed and 1 with 2 single beds).
> 8 rooms with single beds: 5 rooms with 2 single beds (2 of which have bunk beds), 1 room with 3 single beds, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds, 1 room with 5 single beds.
> 7 bathrooms: 6 with indoor toilets
> 2 separate toilets
> 3 fully equipped kitchens
> 3 lounges, one of which can accommodate 4 tables for 10 people.

* 3 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS, each with fridge (2 with freezers), kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine + 14-litre percolator for all units
* 2 LAUNDRY AREAS available to guests (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack): 1 in the main gîte and 1 in a dedicated building in the courtyard.
* OUTDOOR SPACES to suit all tastes: SWIMMING POOL 6X12, football pitch, volleyball court, badminton court and all the accessories you need to make the most of it.
* BABY EQUIPMENT available free of charge: 4 cots with real mattresses + 4 high chairs available
* BASIC CONDITIONS available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, etc.
* HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): bin bags in each bin, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a sponge and tea towels per gîte, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, hoovers, bucket and mop.

* 6 BIKES are available to take you into the town centre or for a ride in the forest.
* 15 MIN BY CAR: LOUDEAC with more shops, restaurants and the free aquarev park or MONTCONTOUR, a pretty medieval village with restaurants
