In the heart of Brittany, halfway between the northern and southern beaches (45 min and 1h30), the Moulin de la Touche estate, with its 3 gîtes, is situated in a peaceful setting in a theatre of greenery along the river Lié, with all of Plouguenast's amenities (bakery, supermarket...) within walking distance. Numerous indoor and outdoor activities are possible, on the estate itself or in the surrounding area.
La Minoterie is one of the 2 large gîtes on the Moulin de la Touche estate.
The estate has 2 other gîtes (6 and 15 people) in a building just opposite.
La Minoterie has :
> On the ground floor :
- a large 70 m2 lounge/dining room with cable TV and 2 large tables for 10 people
- a fully-equipped 10m2 open-plan kitchen
- a WC
- space for washing machine, tumble dryer and small fridge.
> First floor:
- 5 bedrooms of 10 to 12 m2 with double beds
- 3 bathrooms with bath
> Second floor:
- 1 large bedroom with 5 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
- 1 relaxation area with TV and sofa
A total of 5 double beds and 8 single beds.
> Outside:
- 3 picnic tables with parasols are reserved for the gîte
- 1 stone barbecue is available on the terrace overlooking the river.
> On the 2-hectare estate :
- games room with billiards, darts, table football and table tennis
- football pitch
- garden on the banks of the river Lié with badminton court and volleyball court
- 4 mountain bikes and 2 kayaks
- the 12m by 6m swimming pool, secured by a gate and open from May to September
are shared by the 3 gîtes.

* BASIC CONDITIONS available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, etc.
* HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): bin bags in each bin, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a sponge and tea towels per gîte, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, hoovers, bucket and mop.
