It's the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries with friends or family!
In the heart of Brittany, halfway between the northern and southern beaches (45 min and 1h30), the Moulin de la Touche estate, with its 3 gîtes, is situated in a peaceful setting in a theatre of greenery along the river Lié, with all of Plouguenast's amenities (bakery, supermarket...) within walking distance. Numerous indoor and outdoor activities are possible, on the estate itself or in the surrounding area.

The Manoir is one of the 2 large gîtes on the Moulin de la Touche estate.

The estate has 2 other gîtes (6 and 15 people), one of which sleeps 6 and is adjoined to the other in a building just opposite.

/!\ The garden, swimming pool and games room are shared with the 2 other gîtes.

The Manor includes:

> Ground floor:

- a large 35 m2 living room
- a large 32m2 kitchen with 2 tables seating 12 and 4 people
- a shower room with WC

> On the first floor :

- 2 large bedrooms of 15 m2 with double beds
- 1 bedroom of 10m2 with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom of 14 m2 with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed.
- 1 bathroom with bath and shower
- 1 separate WC

> Second floor:

- 1 large bedroom of 19m2 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom of 12 m2 with 1 double bed
- 2 sleeping areas of 6m2, one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 bunk bed
- 1 bathroom with WC

A total of 4 double beds and 12 single beds.

> Outside :

- 3 picnic tables with parasols are reserved for the gîte
- 1 stone barbecue is available in the garden about 15m away.

> On the 2-hectare estate :

- games room
- the football pitch
- garden on the banks of the river Lié with badminton court
- 6 mountain bikes and 2 kayaks
- swimming pool (12m x 6m) secured by a gate and open from May to September
- laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer + washing line and drying rack
are shared with the 3 cottageS.

* BASIC CONDITIONS available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, etc.

* HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): bin bags in each bin, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a sponge and tea towels per gîte, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, hoovers, bucket and mop.

> Le linge :
Les draps sont inclus pour 1 semaine ou plus.
Il faut sinon compter 8€ pour un lit simple et 10€ pour un lit double.
Dans les 2 cas, les draps sont mis à disposition mais les lits ne sont pas faits.
Les serviettes de bain / piscine ne sont pas fournies.
Nous mettons à disposition 2 torchons et 1 éponge mais pas de nappe pour les tables intérieures ou extérieures.

> Le ménage :
Le ménage minutieux est compris dans le prix mais le gîte doit néanmoins être rendu propre, rangé (meubles et vaisselles remis en place) et les draps doivent être retirés des lits.
Les poubelles (cuisine et salles de bain doivent être sorties)

> La piscine :
Entre mai et septembre, la piscine est ouverte de 10h à 20h tous les jours.

> Proximité des propriétaires :
Nous habitons à 100 mètres des gîtes sur le domaine lui-même. Nous sommes discrets car nous souhaitons avant tout que les voyageurs puissent profiter pleinement de leur temps ici avec leur famille et/ou leurs amis. En revanche nous sommes bien sur disponibles pour échanger avec les voyageurs qui le souhaitent et/ou répondre à leurs questions, et nous pouvons être flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée ce qui est apprécié.

> Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ :
En haute saison, l'accueil des voyageurs se fera à partir de 16h et le départ devra être prévu pour 10h.
En dehors de la haute saison, sous réserve que les gîtes ne soient pas occupés avant et après, ces horaires peuvent être revus pour permettre aux voyageurs de profiter au maximum de leur moment de détente chez nous.
