In the heart of Brittany, halfway between the northern and southern beaches (45 min and 1h30), the Moulin de la Touche estate, with its 3 gîtes, is situated in a peaceful setting in a theatre of greenery along the river Lié, with all of Plouguenast's amenities (bakery, supermarket...) within walking distance. Numerous indoor and outdoor activities are possible, on the estate itself or in the surrounding area.

The Mill cottage is one of 3 gîtes on the Moulin de la Touche estate.

The estate has 2 other gîtes (15 and 15 people). The Mill Cottage adjoins the 15-person gîte. The other gîte is in a building just a few metres across the road.

/!\ The outside areas: gardens, games room, swimming pool are shared with the 2 other gites.

The interior is as follows:

> Ground floor:

- a large room of 37 m2 with an open kitchen, a large table for 12 people and the living room with its TV.

> First floor:

- 1 large bedroom of 14m2 with 1 double bed
- 1 bedroom of 8m2 with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed
- 1 bathroom of 6m2 with WC (please note that there is only one bathroom and one WC)

> Second floor under the eaves :

- 1 bedroom 10 m2 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- 1 bedroom of 8 m2 with 2 single beds

A total of 2 double beds and 6 single beds.

> Outside :

- 1 picnic table and parasol
- 1 stone barbecue
is reserved for the gîte

> On the 2-hectare estate :

- games room with pool table, darts, table football and table tennis
- football pitch
- garden on the banks of the River Lié with badminton court
- 6 mountain bikes and 2 kayaks
- swimming pool (12m x 6m) with security gate, open from May to September
- the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer + drying rack and washing lines are shared by the 3 gîtes.

* BABY EQUIPMENT: cot with real mattress + high chair free of charge, subject to availability

* BASIC CONDITIONS available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices, etc.

* HOUSEHOLD EQUIPMENT available on arrival (to be renewed by you during your stay): bin bags in each bin, a roll of toilet paper per toilet, a sponge and tea towels per gîte, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, hoovers, bucket and mop.

> Le linge :
Les draps sont inclus pour 1 semaine ou plus.
Il faut sinon compter 8€ pour un lit simple et 10€ pour un lit double.
Dans les 2 cas, les draps sont mis à disposition mais les lits ne sont pas faits.
Les serviettes de bain / piscine ne sont pas fournies.
Nous mettons à disposition 2 torchons et 1 éponge mais pas de nappe pour les tables intérieures ou extérieures.

> Le ménage :
Le ménage minutieux est compris dans le prix mais le gîte doit néanmoins être rendu propre et les draps doivent être retirés des lits.

> La piscine :
Entre mai et septembre, la piscine est ouverte de 10h à 20h tous les jours.

> Proximité des propriétaires :
Nous habitons à 100 mètres des gîtes sur le domaine lui-même. Nous sommes discrets car nous souhaitons avant tout que les voyageurs puissent profiter pleinement de leur temps ici avec leur famille et/ou leurs amis. En revanche nous sommes bien sur disponibles pour échanger avec les voyageurs qui le souhaitent et/ou répondre à leurs questions, et nous pouvons être flexibles sur les heures d'arrivée ce qui est apprécié.

> Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ :
En haute saison, l'accueil des voyageurs se fera à partir de 16h et le départ devra être prévu pour 10h.
En dehors de la haute saison, sous réserve que les gîtes ne soient pas occupés avant et après, ces horaires peuvent être revus pour permettre aux voyageurs de profiter au maximum de leur moment de détente chez nous.
